In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional solid wood RV flooring, we developed a vinyl leather thermoplastic PP honeycomb composite panel for use as a new type of RV floor.

High Maintenance Cost Daily attention needs to be paid to keeping solid wood floors dry and clean. Do not wet the mop with water or scrub with alkaline water or soapy water to avoid damaging the brightness of the paint and damaging the paint film. Its overall maintenance cost is higher.
Not Long Service Life Due to the various factors mentioned above, the actual service life of solid wood RV flooring is only about 10 years. During this period, you will also need to perform frequent maintenance and renovations, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.
