Product Features

It is formed by thermal lamination of embossed CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) sheets and a polypropylene (PP) honeycomb core. Since CFRT as the facing material and PP honeycomb as the core material are both thermoplastics, they can be bonded more closely and have very stable performance.

• The CFRT sheet is embossed with a neat and dense anti-slip texture, and the surface is flat without obvious undulations, which will not cause discomfort to the feet.
• High-pigment carbon black particles are added inside the CFRT sheet to increase antistatic, UV resistance, and mechanical strength properties.
• The honeycomb polypropylene core provides excellent resistance to deformation.
• It is anti-skid on both sides and can be replaced with the other side after the service life of one side expires.
