- The surface of the CFRT sheet is covered with a protective film to enhance its anti-scratch performance and provide aesthetic effects.
- The middle layer consists of multiple layers of UD tapes laid in different directions. (usually 2~3 layers)
- The non-woven fabric at the bottom allows it to be well combined with other material systems.
Closed-cell rigid foam is dimensionally stable, thermally insulating, waterproof and moisture-proof.
The strength of the adhesive is the key to ensuring the stable performance of the sandwich panel. Our high-performance environmentally friendly glue is heat-resistant and low-temperature resistant. It has no peculiar smell after solidification, no volatilization and will not cause harm to the human body.
